Hi I’m Alexandra, a London-based filmmaker working across narrative and commercials.

I’m drawn to human stories and a naturalistic aesthetic. Coming from an acting background, grounded performances are at the core of my work.

My narrative shorts have screened at BIFA, BAFTA, and Oscar-qualifying festivals. I’m a member of BAFTA Connect and was recently nominated for the IMDb New Filmmaker Award. I’m currently developing longform projects for TV on the London Library Emerging Writers Programme .

I’m British-Turkish with dual citizenship of the US and UK. I speak French and Mandarin.
